Shipping policy

We begin fabrication when your order is received.

All products excluding Puzzle Frames:

We have a general 7-10 business day lead time from order date to ship date but always do our best to expedite things.

 

Puzzle Frames:

We have a general 10-14 business day lead time from order date to ship date but always do our best to expedite things.

 

Custom Orders:

Lead times for custom orders vary quite a bit but are always communicated with buyer prior to receiving order. We will sometimes update you via email to let you know how things are going.

Never hesitate to contact us (or include a note at checkout) to request a "rush" on your order...for any reason.  We have many clients that specifically tell us they are not in a rush so in many cases we'll be able to place your order ahead of others.  We cannot promise this but will do our best.
